Welcome the All-New Hyundai Palisade SUV

The Hyundai Palisade sport utility vehicle begins its first chapter in 2020. This all-new family-friendly car comes in three models at Williams Hyundai in Lansing. You can choose to build your interior configuration with seven or eight seats for this imported car. Ann Arbor drivers will feel at ease behind the wheel thanks to more than 10 safety technologies that carry the latest SmartSense label.

Performance and Towing Capabilities

Engineered to deliver slightly more than 290 horsepower, a 3.8-liter engine comes standard in the Palisade. Cranking out just over 260 pound-feet of torque, the V6 powertrain sends all output to an eight-speed gearbox that's marked with the conventional SHIFTRONIC identification.

The available all-wheel drive is highly recommended for drivers who want to navigate off-road trails in Flint. This traction-boosting technology works well with other robust hardware, like a multi-link rear suspension system. The Lock Mode and Snow Mode optimize the spin in the wheels to compensate for low friction.

The Downhill Brake Control prevents this Hyundai SUV from slipping on steep downward grades. Want to bring a small boat, motorcycle or an ATV for a road trip to East Lansing? No problem, the Palisade tows up to 5,000 pounds.

This Hyundai SUV boasts a handful of standard accident-prevention technologies, including the Forward Collision-Avoidance Assistance. When the system anticipates a collision with a moving pedestrian, vehicle, or animal it instantly applies the brakes.

The Driver Attention Warning helps you focus behind the wheel for a long drive. You'll also find other sophisticated accident-mitigation functions in the SEL and Limited editions. Both trims have the Safe Exit Assist, which comes in handy for families in Owosso that navigate narrow urban streets on a regular basis.

These high-end models also have the Blind Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist that detects the slightest dangers in the driver's blind zones. Standard in the Palisade Limited, the Parking Distance Warning Front gives you extra reassurance for low-speed maneuvers in parking spaces. You'll also find the Ultrasonic Rear Occupant Seat function in the most expensive trim.
